Azeem Khan MD is a Board Certified Gastroenterologist in private practice with over 25 years of experience. Dr Khan attended Medical School at Grant Medical College, University of Bombay, India. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at New York Medical College, Valhalla, NY and a chief resident year at McMaster University, Ontario, Canada. He then completed his training as a Gastroenterology Fellow at New York Medical College, Valhalla, NY. Dr. Khan is Double Board Certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. He has been elected Fellow - The American College of Gastroenterology (FACG) and Fellow - The American College of Physicians (FACP). He is a Member of The American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy , Member of the Association for Bariatric Endoscopy and a Member of The New York Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. Dr. Khan is an attending physician at New York Hospital of Queens and North Shore LIJ Health Systems. Dr Khan maintains Faculty appointment as Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Weil Cornell Medical College. He is the current Medical Director at Queens Boulevard Endoscopy Center (QBEC).
Dr. Khan has training in many advanced endoscopic procedures including - Halo Ablation of Barrett's Esophagus, Hemorrhoid Ablation, Removal of Large Colon Polyps, Endoscopic Ultrasonography for staging and diagnosis of GI cancers including Pancreatic, Esophageal and Gastric cancers, Endoscopic Placement of gastric balloon for Obesity management. Dr. Khan has extensive experience in all areas of Gastroenterology with strong Interest in Inflammatory Bowel disease, Celiac Sprue, Hepatitis B and C and Endoscopic-Ultrasonography in staging of gastrointestinal cancers.

Ran Choi is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant. Ran received her Bachelor of Physician Assistant Studies at St. John’s University, NY. She subsequently completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Stony Brook University, NY. While obtaining her Masters, she had also gained clinical experience at different hospitals and clinics throughout NYC. Ran’s clinical interests include Gastroenterology and Hepatology, with a particular interest in educating patients on age-appropriate screenings and irritable bowel disease. Ran is a compassionate Physician Assistant who is committed to the wellbeing of her patients, as well as making sure that she gives each patient her focused attention. She takes a thorough and precise approach during her consultations to ensure that she is providing the best medical care available
